titleOfInvention Immune tissue staining method and immune tissue staining apparatus
abstract An immunohistochemical staining apparatus and immunohistochemical staining method can be applied to rapid pathological diagnosis during surgery, or used as a means for saving primary antibodies. A sample chamber 1 for placing a primary sample s1 in which a primary antibody Ig1 is dropped on a tissue specimen t is provided between a sample placement side electrode 11 and a counter electrode 12. In addition, a fluctuating electric field is applied for a predetermined time so that the counter electrode 12 is more negative than the sample placement side electrode 11, and the primary sample s1 is stirred in a non-contact manner and is stirred in a non-contact manner. A variable electric field is applied to the secondary sample s2 in which the secondary antibody Ig2 labeled with the label is dropped onto the primary sample s1 so that the counter electrode 12 is more negative than the sample mounting side electrode 11 for a predetermined time. A second agitating means for agitating the next sample s2 in a non-contact manner is provided to constitute an immune tissue staining apparatus, and immune tissue staining is executed.
