titleOfInvention | Core-sheath polyester composite fiber |
abstract | The present invention provides a core-sheath polyester composite fiber, a polyester fabric, and a textile product having excellent durability and antibacterial and deodorant properties. A core-sheath type polyester composite fiber having antibacterial and deodorant functions that satisfies the following requirements. (1) A core-sheath type composite fiber composed of two types of polyester polymers, wherein the core part of the core-sheath type composite fiber has polyester A having an intrinsic viscosity in the range of 0.60 to 1.0, and the sheath part Is a polyester having an intrinsic viscosity in the range of 0.30 to 0.80, in which 0.1 to 10 mol% of a specific ester-forming sulfonic acid metal salt compound is copolymerized with respect to all acid components constituting the polyester. B. (2) The single yarn fineness of the core-sheath composite fiber is 5.0 dtex or less. (3) The strength of the core-sheath composite fiber is 1.0 cN / dtex or more. (4) The ratio SA: SB of the core area SA to the sheath area SB is in the range of 95: 5 to 50:50. (5) An acid treatment is performed after fiber formation. [Selection figure] None |
