titleOfInvention | Storage method of liquid composition, liquid composition and insulating material for printed wiring board |
abstract | In a liquid composition used as an insulating material for a printed wiring board, its storage stability is improved to improve handling. The liquid composition is dried with a dehydrating agent while the solution viscosity of the liquid composition is maintained at 500 cP or less. Thereby, dehydration of this liquid composition is performed in a state where the fluidity of the liquid composition is ensured. Therefore, even if it is left in the state of the liquid composition, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of a situation where the liquid composition gels and the viscosity increases. As a result, the storage stability of the liquid composition can be improved and the handleability can be enhanced. [Selection figure] None |
