abstract |
There is a need for a stereoscopic display system in which changes in contrast and color are small when rotating with the surface of the eyeglass horizontally disposed with respect to a display device. The display includes a display device that alternately displays an image for the right eye and an image for the left eye, and glasses that include a liquid crystal shutter that operates in synchronization with the image that the display device displays alternately. Both the apparatus and the spectacles have a phase difference plate, and at least one selected from the group consisting of the phase difference plate of the display device and the phase difference plate of the spectacles satisfies the formula (1) 3D display system.
