titleOfInvention | Skin material for foam integrated with skin and foam integrated product with skin |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a skin material for foam integrated with foam, which can be made thin and has few restrictions on the selection of the material of the skin. A skin material S for foam integrated with a skin according to the present invention is a laminate in which a sheet-like polyurethane foam 6 made of a liquid resin-impermeable polyurethane foam and a skin 7 are laminated and integrated, and has a thickness of 1 mm to 5 mm. This polyurethane foam 6 is obtained by using at least a polyol component, an isocyanate compound, and a catalyst, and is formed into a thin sheet so that the final thickness as a foam body is 0.5 mm to 3 mm. A thin skin layer 6a is provided. [Selection] Figure 3 |
