titleOfInvention | Porous support and method for producing the same |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily producing a porous support comprising an epoxy resin porous body having a desired thickness and shape. Another object is to provide a porous support having excellent chemical resistance and a composite semipermeable membrane having excellent chemical resistance and practical water permeability and salt blocking properties. A method for producing a porous support according to the present invention includes a step of forming an uncured resin layer using a resin composition containing a monomer having a photopolymerizable functional group, an epoxy resin, a curing agent, and a porogen. A process of forming a semi-cured resin layer by irradiating an active energy ray to the uncured resin layer to polymerize a monomer having a photopolymerizable functional group, and heating the semi-cured resin layer to three-dimensionally crosslink the epoxy resin And a step of forming a cured resin layer, and a step of removing a porogen in the cured resin layer to form an epoxy resin porous body having pores communicating with the three-dimensional network skeleton.
