titleOfInvention Wet processing method for non-ferrous smelting intermediate products
abstract [PROBLEMS] To separate and recover copper and arsenic from a non-ferrous smelting intermediate product containing arsenic and metal under atmospheric pressure, with a low chemical cost and to enable early recovery of copper. A wet processing method for a smelting intermediate product is provided. SOLUTION: A step of slurrying a non-ferrous smelting intermediate product, a leaching step (A) of adding SO 2 gas and elemental sulfur to the slurry, and setting the pH value of the slurry to 1 or less, In the leaching step (B) in which SO 2 gas is added to the slurry obtained in the leaching step (A) and the pH value of the slurry exceeds 1, and in the leaching step of the leaching step (B) Separating the obtained slurry into solid and liquid, recovering metal as a leaching residue and recovering arsenic as a leaching solution, and sequentially performing the leaching step (A) and the leaching step (B). A wet processing method for a non-ferrous smelting intermediate product is provided. [Selection] Figure 1
