titleOfInvention Phosphor
abstract A phosphor with good temperature characteristics is provided. A phosphor having a composition represented by the following composition formula (A), which exhibits an emission peak between wavelengths 490 nm and 580 nm when excited with light having a wavelength of 250 nm to 500 nm. In X-ray diffraction using CuKα characteristic X-ray (wavelength 1.54056Å), 11.81 to 11.85 °, 15.34 to 15.38 °, 20.40 to 20.47 °, 23.74 to 23 A diffraction peak is simultaneously shown at a diffraction angle (2θ) of .86 °. MAlSiON (A) (In the composition formula (A), M is Sr, and at least 0.1 mol% thereof is substituted with Eu.) [Selection figure] None
