titleOfInvention | Method for producing molded body having fine pattern on surface |
abstract | The present invention provides a method for producing a molded body having a fine pattern on its surface, which can sufficiently suppress the occurrence of wrinkles and transfer defects. SOLUTION: (a) A photopolymerizable composition 20 is supplied to the surface of a mold 10; (b) UV light having a relatively high illuminance in a state of being in contact with air is set to an amount of light with a curing degree X of 30 to 90%. The photopolymerizable composition 20 is cured by irradiation to form a semi-cured product 22, (c) the photopolymerizable composition 20 is supplied to the surface of the semi-cured product 22, and (d) light is applied in the same manner as in step (b) The polymerizable composition 20 and the semi-cured product 22 are cured to form a semi-cured laminate 24, (e) the photopolymerizable composition 20 is supplied to the surface of the semi-cured laminate 24, and (f) the photopolymerizable composition. The transparent substrate 30 is placed on the substrate 20, and (g) the photopolymerizable composition 20 and the semi-cured laminate 24 are irradiated by irradiating ultraviolet rays with a light amount such that the curing degree X is 95% or more without contacting the air. A method for producing a molded body, which is cured to form a cured laminate 26. [Selection] Figure 6 |
