abstract |
A method for manufacturing a composite material and an apparatus for manufacturing the same are provided. A multi-layer laminate is assembled into a stacked table, and each layer has a plurality of reinforcing elements such as dry fibers. The first portion of the multi-layer stack is combined to form a partially stacked multi-layer stack, and the second portion of the multi-layer stack remains unbonded. This partially bonded multilayer structure is press-molded in a mold cavity between a pair of dies to form a preform, and during this press molding, the second part of the multilayer body is multilayered. Slide on each other. A liquid matrix material is injected into the shaped preform in the mold cavity and then cured. [Selection] Figure 13 |
