abstract |
A composition comprising an organic semiconductor dissolved in a solvent mixture is described. More specifically, the solvent mixture comprises 1 to 20 weight percent of an alkane having 9 to 16 carbon atoms and 80 to 99 weight percent of an aromatic compound. The semiconductor material is dissolved in the solvent mixture at least 0.1 weight percent based on the total weight of the composition. A method of manufacturing a semiconductor device is also described that uses this composition to form a semiconductor layer. |
