titleOfInvention Large crystal molecular sieve and its manufacture
abstract In the process of producing a synthetic porous crystal molecular sieve having a large crystal size, the H 2 O / MOH molar ratio (M is an alkali metal) is 75 or less, the X 2 O 3 (X is a trivalent element) source and YO 2 ( An aqueous reaction mixture containing Y (a tetravalent element) source and no organic structure directing agent is required. The source of X 2 O 3 and YO 2 contains an amorphous material that contains both X 2 O 3 and YO 2 and has a YO 2 / X 2 O 3 molar ratio of 15 to 40. The resulting highly crystalline novel material contains crystals having at least one dimension greater than 1 μm, for example crystals greater than 3 μm.
