The present disclosure provides a manufacturing process that may include exposing a carbon-based material to a liquid medium to form a hydrocarbon fuel. A waste-to-fuel conversion process and a waste material treatment reactor are provided that can be configured to convert waste to fuel. A heat exchanger, power generation process, and combustion turbine exhaust system are also provided. A fuel production process and production system are provided. A process for maintaining a reaction medium pump system coupled to both the reaction medium conduit system and both the inlet and outlet conduits is also provided. [Selection] Figure 1 |
