The present invention relates to a molecular mechanism for inducing cell proliferation of aged human fibroblasts by inhibiting AMPK in human fibroblasts by LPA and AC inhibitor. More specifically, the present invention is a composition containing LPA and ACI as active ingredients, and LPA and ACI regulate the phosphorylation of AMPKα differently, thereby inactivating p53 and inducing senescent cell proliferation phenomenon These results proved that AMPK signaling has an important effect on the senescent cell proliferation phenomenon.
