Combining at least one organic base and (4) at least one organosilane comprising at least one organic moiety comprising at least about 6 carbon atoms; and (b) a metal cation source and a phosphate anion source. Reacting in the presence of an organic base and an organosilane (eg, to form particles such as surface-modified metal phosphate). |
