abstract |
The present invention relates to a method for producing a polyolefin-based composite microporous membrane having a high heat-resistant coating layer. Specifically, (1) a polyolefin-based microporous membrane is formed using a composition containing a polyolefin-based resin. (2) applying a high heat resistant resin solution in which a high heat resistant resin is dissolved in a solvent to one or both surfaces of the manufactured polyolefin microporous film; and (3) the high heat resistant step. A step of contacting a polyolefin microporous membrane coated with a conductive resin solution with a non-solvent and performing phase separation; and (4) a porous high heat resistant coating by drying the remaining solvent or non-solvent after the phase separation. The present invention relates to a method for producing a polyolefin-based composite microporous membrane having a high heat-resistant coating layer having excellent permeability and thermal stability under a high-temperature electrolyte.
