titleOfInvention | Process for making integrated layered urethane products |
abstract | An aqueous mixture containing a prepolymer of hydrophilic polyurethane as the first uncured polyurethane layer (19) is cast on the surface (16), the first uncured layer is covered with release paper (30) and the layer is compressed Uncover the first uncured layer and disperse the PEO (42) on the uncured surface (40), and apply the second uncured polyurethane layer (62) to the PEO while the polyurethane is still uncured. In addition to the top of (42), the resulting mass is then covered with a release paper (30) that is compressed and compressed to release PEO over time for extended periods of time, including a PEO rich core region. By forming a molded article, a polyurethane shape including a core layer made of a water-soluble polymer such as polyethylene oxide (PEO) is produced. About half of the first uncured foam layer (19) is deposited on the release paper (30) when the coating of the first uncured layer (19) is removed, and this deposited material is then applied to the top of the PEO (42). A second layer is added by recombining to form a layered molded article in which the resulting mass is further compressed and integrated. Alternatively, the second layer (62) can be added by casting the second uncured polyurethane foam layer (62) alone after the PEO (42) is dispersed and then compressed and cured. This PEO-containing shape is useful in improving comfort strips for wet shaving razors. Process moldings whose core area contains other specific functional ingredients are used in applications including bandages and wound dressings, cosmetic sponges, cleaning and polishing sponges, dry cleaning and antistatic sheets, and in the home, industry and environment. Useful in cleaning and waste recovery. [Selection] Figure 1 |
