titleOfInvention | Aqueous solution for application to a channel and application method |
abstract | Provided are an aqueous solution containing a buffer and an organosilicone surfactant, and a method of applying an aqueous solution containing a buffer and an organosilicone surfactant to the channel. The aqueous solution contains a buffer and an organosilicone surfactant, and may contain a blocking agent. The method includes providing an aqueous solution containing a buffer and an organosilicone surfactant and applying the aqueous solution to a channel having a hydrophobic surface. Organosilicone surfactants are used to reduce the surface tension of solutions on hydrophobic channels. The organosilicone surfactant is used in combination with a blocking agent for preventing interaction between the channel surface and the components in the aqueous solution. |
