abstract | A quinazoline-binding pyrrolo [2,1-c] [1,4] benzodiazepine hybrid as an effective anticancer agent and a production method thereof are provided. The present invention provides a compound represented by general formula 5 that is useful as an antitumor agent effective against human cancer cell lines, and also provides a quinazoline-binding pyrrolo [2,2 represented by general formula (5). 1-c] [1,4] benzodiazepine hybrids are provided, wherein n = 3, 4, 5, 6, 8 and R 1 and R 2 are R 1 = H, R 2 = H or R 1 ═CH 3 O, R 2 ═CH 3 O or R 1 ═CH 3 O and R 2 ═C 2 H 5 O. |
