titleOfInvention Method for producing fluoroelastomer
abstract At least one fluorosurfactant is an emulsion polymerization process for the preparation of fluoroelastomers used as a dispersant, wherein the fluorosurfactant has the formula X-Rf- (CH 2) n -O-P (O) (OM) 2 (wherein n = 1 or 2, X = H or F, M = monovalent cation and Rf is a C 4 -C 6 fluoroalkyl or fluoroalkoxy group) An emulsion polymerization process that is a fluoroalkyl phosphate ester is disclosed. Optionally, a second dispersant may be used in the polymerization, and the second dispersant is selected from the group consisting of carboxylic acid, salt thereof, sulfonic acid and salt thereof, phosphoric acid and salt thereof. Perfluoropolyether having at least one terminal group.
