titleOfInvention | Melt-molded polymer composite and method for producing the same |
abstract | The present invention relates to hot melt dischargeable polymer composites and processes for making and using the composites. Sufficiently sized particles are mixed with a low viscosity polymer at the temperature typically provided by a hot melt glue gun to form a rod that is highly generalized in density with the base polymer. The new article can be produced by discharging the composite from the glue gun into a mold or by placing the melt molding compound in a preformed cavity in the final article. |
