abstract | In view of the great potential of quinazoline compounds, the present inventors have begun synthesis and screening of a large number of new chemical substances having novel structural characteristics. As a result, unexpectedly and unexpectedly, quinazolines having a 3-ethynylanilino group at the 4-position and specific substituted alkoxy groups at the 6-position and the 7-position are also known as other prominent quinazoline-types. It has been found that it provides very potent and specific anti-proliferative properties compared to drugs. Surprisingly, the compounds of the present invention are also of very low toxicity, and this safety feature is extremely therapeutic. Although the novel chemical substances described in the present invention are represented by the general formula (1), these chemical substances have not been synthesized in the past, and research on therapeutic benefits and safety has not been conducted.
