titleOfInvention Microcapsule manufacturing method and apparatus
abstract The present invention relates to a microcapsule manufacturing apparatus and a manufacturing method. The apparatus of the present invention comprises at least one melt generator having at least one nozzle through which liquid passes during operation, with a liquid container placed in front of the nozzle. The liquid container is provided with a membrane in the region of at least one boundary wall for generating mechanical vibrations in the liquid. The apparatus has at least one reaction / transfer device through which the reaction medium passes, and receives the ball generated by the ball generator in this device. Microcapsules are formed during a predetermined reaction period between at least one first polymer component of the ball and at least one second polymer component of the reaction medium. In this apparatus, at least one electrode that is movable by driving is arranged between the molten ball generator and the reaction / transfer apparatus substantially parallel to the nozzle axis, and this apparatus is connected to the outlet region of the nozzle and the electrode. It is characterized in that an electric field is generated between them to affect the characteristics of the molten ball. The invention further includes the use of a microcapsule manufacturing apparatus and a method for controlling the apparatus. [Selection] Figure 1
