titleOfInvention COATING COMPOSITION FOR FORMING INSULATION COATING, INSULATION COATING FORMING METHOD FOR NON-DIRECTIONAL ELECTRIC STEEL
abstract The present invention discloses a coating composition for forming an insulating film and a method for forming a film, which are excellent in compatibility and surface gloss. The coating composition is composed of 0.5 to 5 g of a mixed solution of cobalt hydroxide and strontium hydroxide, 100 to 300 g of a polyester emulsion resin, with respect to 100 g of a mixed solution of first aluminum phosphate and first zinc phosphate. In a coating composition in which 3 to 10 g of aluminum silicate and 0.5 to 6.0 g of a chelating agent are added, the polyester emulsion resin has a weight average molecular weight of 2,000 to 15,000 and a solid content of 15 to 25%. And a viscosity of 100-500 cp. Therefore, the present invention can obtain excellent effects in insulation, corrosion resistance, film adhesion, compatibility, and surface gloss even when applied to a thick non-oriented electrical steel sheet even though it does not contain chromium. .
