abstract |
The present invention comprises the following steps: (i) selected from alkaline earth metal carbonate nanoparticles, alkaline earth metal sulfate nanoparticles, metal oxide nanoparticles, metalloid oxide nanoparticles and siloxane nanoparticles A master batch obtained by mixing the inorganic nanoparticles prepared and the composition A containing at least one thermoplastic polymer in a molten state selected from polycarbonate (PC), polystyrene (PS) and polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA). A step of obtaining (the mixture of step (i) comprises at least 25% and up to 75% by weight of said inorganic nanoparticles); and (ii) the masterbatch obtained in step (i), Mixing with composition B containing a thermoplastic polycarbonate matrix (PCm), the inorganic nanoparticles are preferably up to 10% by weight. Ku the step of obtaining a transparent polymer material containing up to 5% by weight of the inorganic nanoparticles: including a method for producing a transparent polymer material. |
