titleOfInvention | Method for producing nanofiber |
abstract | The present invention relates to a method for producing nanofibers by electrostatic spinning of a polymer matrix produced using a biopolymer of chitosan or collagen as a base material. The biopolymer is, prior to spinning, into a solvent system comprising an organic or inorganic acid selected from the group of acetic acid, lactic acid, maleic acid, trihydrogen phosphate and mixtures thereof at a concentration of 30% to 90% by weight, It is dissolved in the pure state or as a mixture with an auxiliary non-toxic polymer, and this solution is then charged to an electrostatic field between the spinning electrode and the collecting electrode. The resulting biopolymer nanofibers contain greater than 90% by weight biopolymer in the dry mass. |
