titleOfInvention | Photosensitive composition, solder resist composition and substrate |
abstract | Provided is a photosensitive composition that can be developed efficiently even if the content of the inorganic filler is relatively large. The photosensitive composition according to the present invention comprises at least one of a polymerizable hydrocarbon monomer (A) and a polymerizable hydrocarbon polymer (B), and an epoxy compound having a bisphenol skeleton or a novolak skeleton. (D1) and an inorganic filler (C) are contained. In 100% by weight of the photosensitive composition, the content of the inorganic filler (C) is 15% by weight or more and 59% by weight or less. The inorganic filler (C) is obtained by heating a liquid obtained by adding 5 g of the inorganic filler (C) to 100 mL of pure water, boiling for 5 minutes, and then standing until reaching 23 ° C. to obtain a boiling treatment liquid. It is an inorganic filler that exhibits a value of pH 3.0 or more and 6.7 or less when the pH of the liquid obtained by adding water in an amount of water evaporated by boiling to the obtained boiling treatment liquid to make the amount of water 100 mL is measured.
