titleOfInvention Sterilization cleaning method for ethanol fermentation equipment
abstract The present invention provides a sterilization cleaning method that can perform sterilization cleaning of an ethanol fermentation apparatus without using rinsing water and can reduce the production cost of bioethanol. An ethanol fermentation apparatus includes a saccharified solution storage tank, an anaerobic fermentation tank, a fermentation liquid storage tank, and a saccharified solution supply means for supplying a saccharified solution from the saccharified solution storage tank to the anaerobic fermentation tank. 19 and a fermented liquid supply means 28 for supplying the fermented liquid from the anaerobic fermenter 3 to the fermented liquid storage tank 4. The saccharified solution storage tank 2, the saccharified solution supply means 19, the anaerobic fermentation tank 3, and the fermented liquid storage tank 4 are sterilized and cleaned with the cleaning liquid. The saccharified solution is supplied to the saccharified solution storage tank 2, the saccharified solution supply means 19, and the anaerobic fermentation tank 3 in which the cleaning liquid remains. The fermented liquid produced in the anaerobic fermenter 3 is supplied to the fermented liquid supply means 28 and the fermented liquid storage tank 4 in which the sterilized state is maintained by the remaining washing liquid.
