titleOfInvention Wavelength conversion element and light emitting device
abstract The present invention suppresses the occurrence of cracks and peeling of a ceramic layer. A light emitting device includes an LED element that emits light of a specific wavelength, and a wavelength conversion element that receives light from the LED element and converts the wavelength. The wavelength conversion element 10 includes a glass substrate 12 and a ceramic layer 14 formed on the glass substrate 12 and obtained by sintering a ceramic precursor. The ceramic precursor is selected from an alkoxysilane or a compound having a plurality of siloxane structures. The ceramic layer 14 is mixed with phosphor and oxide particles. The phosphor has a particle size of 1 to 50 μm and a concentration in the ceramic layer 14 of 40 to 95% by weight. The oxide particles have a primary particle size of 0.001 to 30 μm and a concentration in the ceramic layer 14 of 0.5 to 20% by weight. [Selection] Figure 1
