titleOfInvention | TCP handling device |
abstract | A TCP handling apparatus capable of effectively shortening an index time is provided. In a TCP handling apparatus, a pusher stage that corrects misalignment so that a second camera 6b that acquires an exposure unit mark 54 on a carrier tape and a TCP external terminal and a connection terminal of a contact portion are correctly connected. 4 are provided. Based on the acquired image information of the exposure unit mark 54, when it is determined that a new exposure unit is located in the test section, the pusher stage 4 performs positional deviation correction, and after performing positional deviation correction, the next exposure is performed. Until it is determined that the unit is located in the test section, the pusher stage 4 does not perform misalignment correction except for contact failure. [Selection] Figure 1 |
