titleOfInvention | Method for producing ester |
abstract | The present invention provides an industrial process for producing esters that can be used as intermediates for fine chemical intermediates and semiconductor resist polymers. In a method for producing esters by a transesterification reaction between a raw material ester and a raw material alcohol, a β-diketone complex of iron is used as a catalyst. As the iron β-diketone complex, a compound represented by the following general formula (1) can be used. (In the formula (1), R 1 and R 3 are the same or different and represent a hydrocarbon group which may have a substituent, and R 2 represents a carbon atom which may have a hydrogen atom or a substituent. R 1 , R 2 and R 3 may be bonded to each other to form a ring or may be bonded to a polymer chain, where L is an m-valent anion or ligand. M and n are each an integer of 0 or more, p is an integer of 1 or more, and q is an integer of 0 or more) [Selection figure] None |
