Disclosed is a bone cement delivery device that eliminates the potential for spinal cord rupture and patient paralysis by overfilling bone cement from a syringe into the vertebral vagina. A bone cement transfer device 120 includes a needle having a piercing tip portion 136, a handle 152 that faces the piercing tip portion 136 and is positioned on the end of the needle, and a holder for the handle 152.
