titleOfInvention | WIRING BOARD, AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE AND PROBE CARD HAVING THE WIRING BOARD |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate stress in a direction parallel to the main surface at a connection portion between a surface conductor provided on a main surface of an insulating substrate and a via conductor provided inside the insulating substrate. A wiring board capable of preventing disconnection between a surface conductor and a via conductor is provided. A wiring board is provided with a surface conductor (4) on the main surface of an insulating substrate (5), and the surface conductor (4) is electrically connected to a via conductor (3) formed in the insulating substrate (5). Connected to each other. In this wiring board, the surface conductor (4) has a hole for introducing the tip of the via conductor (3), and the outer periphery of the tip of the via conductor (3) is in contact with the inner periphery of the hole. It is formed as follows. [Selection] Figure 1 |
