titleOfInvention | Refrigerant compressor, refrigeration equipment |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to suppress wear and seizure in a bearing portion of a compressor that may not be supplied with lubricating oil temporarily in a refrigerant compressor using an R600a refrigerant. In a refrigerant compressor using R600a (isobutane) as a working refrigerant, as a surface treatment method of a sliding member, a surface oxide film is scraped off so that a diffusion and permeation layer can be reliably formed on the surface of a substrate. The lower layer is a pure chromium film layer, the intermediate layer is a tungsten carbide layer, and the Me-DLC layer. Further, the DLC coating layer on the outermost surface can prevent seizure of the sliding portion and abnormal wear, and a highly reliable refrigerant compressor and a refrigeration apparatus including the same can be realized.
