titleOfInvention | Vascular endothelial cell protective agent and pharmaceutical composition, food and feed containing the same |
abstract | Disclosed are a vascular endothelial cell protective agent comprising an elastin peptide extracted from arterial spheres of fish as an active ingredient, and a pharmaceutical composition, food, feed and cosmetics containing the same. A vascular endothelial cell protective agent is obtained by removing lipids, soluble proteins and collagen from arterial spheres of fish, and obtained by hydrolyzing a polypeptide chain in an insoluble protein containing elastin as a main component. Contains one or more kinds of peptides as active ingredients, the total glycine, alanine, valine and proline content per 1000 residues is 650 residues or more, and the total aspartic acid and asparagine content is 10 to 35 residues The total glutamic acid and glutamine content is 20 to 50 residues, the total lysine, histidine and arginine content is 20 to 50 residues, and the total desmosine and isodesmosine content is 0.3 residues or more The hydroxyproline content is 10 residues or less.
