titleOfInvention Dielectric porcelain, dielectric porcelain manufacturing method, and dielectric porcelain manufacturing powder manufacturing method
abstract Disclosed are a dielectric ceramic, a dielectric ceramic manufacturing method, and a dielectric ceramic manufacturing powder manufacturing method capable of maintaining dielectric properties and strength while enabling firing at a low temperature. A dielectric ceramic according to the present invention includes a BaTi 4 O 9 crystal phase and a Ba 2 Ti 9 O 20 crystal phase, is represented by a composition formula (BaO ยท xTiO 2 ), and has a molar ratio of TiO 2 to BaO. x is 4.6 or more and 8.0 or less, and the maximum diffraction peak intensity (I 14 ) of the BaTi 4 O 9 crystal phase and the maximum diffraction peak intensity (I 29 ) of the Ba 2 Ti 9 O 20 crystal phase in X-ray diffraction. X-ray diffraction peak intensity ratio I 29 / I 14 is 1 or more, and boron oxide and copper oxide, and the content of boron oxide is 100 in terms of B 2 O 3 0.5 parts by mass or more and 5.0 parts by mass or less with respect to parts by mass, and the content of copper oxide is 0.1 parts by mass or more and 3.0 parts by mass or less with respect to 100 parts by mass of the main component in terms of CuO. An auxiliary component. [Selection figure] None
