abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a method for efficiently and completely dispersing biopolymer nanoparticle powder in the form of an aggregate of biopolymer nanoparticles in water with a standard mixing device. Yes, it is suitable as a biolatex binder for paper coating. Moreover, the subject of this invention is providing the coating paper for printing provided with the outstanding printability by coating the said dispersion liquid. According to the present invention, there is provided a method for preparing an aqueous dispersion of biopolymer nanoparticles, in which biopolymer nanoparticle aggregated powder is measured by a dynamic light scattering method in water at 60 ° C. or lower with a mechanical mixer. Stirring until the particle size reaches 400 to 1000 nm, and further continuing stirring for 3 minutes or more to obtain a dispersion having an average particle size of 50 to 400 nm measured by the dynamic light scattering method of biopolymer nanoparticles.
