titleOfInvention | Positive photosensitive polyimide resin composition |
abstract | 【Task】 Provided is a positive photosensitive polyirimide resin composition that is sensitive to i-line (365 nm) exposure, has high resolution, can be developed with an aqueous alkali solution, and can form a good relief pattern. [Solution] A salt of a specific phenylenediamine derivative is used as a diamine component, an alicyclic tetracarboxylic dianhydride is used as an acid component, and these components have a standard redox potential of −0.20 Volt or more and 0.34 Volt or less. A positive photosensitive polyimide resin composition containing a polyimide resin obtained by imidization reaction in the presence of a reducing agent and a photosensitive compound.
