A polylactic acid resin composition comprising a polylactic acid resin (A) having a D-form content of 1.0 mol% or less or 99.0 mol% and a carbodiimide compound (B). The content of the polylactic acid resin (A) in the polylactic acid resin composition is 50% by mass or more, and the content of the carbodiimide compound (B) in the polylactic acid resin composition is 0.1 to 0.1%.
