abstract An AD conversion circuit capable of reliably correcting an AD conversion error and converting an analog signal into digital data with higher accuracy and an error correction method are provided. In a microcomputer 10 that converts an input voltage Vin into digital data and corrects an error of the digital data, an AD converter 15 AD converts the reference voltage Vref when a standard power supply that does not include voltage fluctuation is supplied.
