abstract | A dilute alkali development type light suitable for obtaining a cured film excellent in adhesion to a substrate, chemical resistance, solder heat resistance, PCT resistance, thermal shock resistance, electroless gold plating resistance, electrical insulation, etc. A curable thermosetting resin composition is provided. The photocurable thermosetting resin composition of the present invention comprises a carboxyl group-containing resin, a reaction product obtained by reacting a phenol resin with an alkylene oxide or a cyclocarbonate compound, and an unsaturated group-containing monocarboxylic acid.
