titleOfInvention Method and apparatus for correcting curl of laminated film, and method for producing laminated film
abstract To curl a laminated film in a short time. An ultraviolet curable film on a support film is irradiated with ultraviolet rays. A laminated film 10 having a support layer 11 and a hard coat layer 12 is produced by polymerization of an ultraviolet curing agent. The laminated film 10 is curled (first curl) so that the hard coat layer 12 faces inward. Water vapor is applied to the exposed portion 11 a of the support layer 11. The temperature of the exposed portion 11a is higher than the glass transition temperature Tg1. The temperature of the interior 11b is lower than the glass transition temperature. The first curl of the laminated film 10 becomes more prominent. The support layer 11 having the exposed portion 11a and the inside 11b in a predetermined state is cooled at a predetermined cooling rate. An internal stress that can cancel out the first curl is generated between the exposed portion 11a and the inside 11b. [Selection] Figure 4
