abstract The present invention provides an exhaust gas purification filter and an exhaust gas purification device that are excellent in trapping performance of particulate matter even in the initial stage of use, during regeneration, and immediately after regeneration. An exhaust gas purification filter provided in an exhaust passage of an internal combustion engine for collecting particulate matter in exhaust gas, wherein a non-silicon nitride main filter and a silicon nitride sub filter are connected in series. The silicon nitride sub-filter includes an exhaust gas purification filter disposed downstream of the non-silicon nitride main filter along the exhaust gas flow direction and an exhaust gas purification device including the exhaust gas purification filter.
