The amount is 1.6 ppm or less, the fastness to dyeing with respect to nitrogen oxides is grade 4 or higher, the water repellency after washing 20 times is grade 3 or more, the oil repellency is grade 2 or more, and after wet wear The water / oil repellent fabric is characterized by having a water repellency of 3 or more.
