abstract |
[Problem] To provide a method for producing a paperboard of excellent size, which can avoid a scale trouble and a pitch trouble in a papermaking system, and suppresses the occurrence of stains derived from a sizing agent. It is obtained by emulsifying a mixture containing 60 to 95% by mass of an alkenyl succinic anhydride which is liquid at 25 ° C. and 5 to 40% by mass of a 2-oxetanone compound which is liquid at 25 ° C.
