titleOfInvention | Electroosmotic dehydration method and apparatus |
abstract | An electroosmotic dehydration method and apparatus capable of efficiently reducing the water content of a dehydrated product. A conveyor belt 1 made of a filter cloth is stretched between rollers 2 and 3 in an endless manner, and is endlessly rotatable. Anode units 21 to 25 are arranged in the conveying direction of the conveyor belt 1. By energizing between the anode units 21 to 25 and the cathode plate 4 and pressing the sludge with the anode plates 33 of the anode units 21 to 25, the sludge is electroosmotic dehydrated. Stirring means such as a stirring blade 8 for stirring the sludge to be subjected to electroosmosis dehydration treatment is provided. [Selection] Figure 2 |
