abstract The present invention provides a photocatalytic foam wallpaper that exhibits excellent decomposition performance of organic volatile substances and the like. A foamed resin layer, a film layer, and a photocatalyst layer containing a photocatalyst are sequentially laminated on a substrate, and the foamed resin layer is formed by foaming a foamed resin composition containing a vinyl chloride resin and a plasticizer.
