abstract | The present invention provides an ink set that can maintain stable ejection properties when ejected by an ink jet method as compared with a conventional ink set, and can suppress occurrence of white spots in an image and has excellent scratch resistance. An ink containing at least a pigment, a resin containing a structural unit represented by the following general formula (1) and a structural unit having an ionic group, covering at least a part of the surface of the pigment, and water.
