abstract |
The present invention provides a metal oxide-yttria stabilized zirconia composite having excellent porosity, excellent strength and a reduced thickness of a support layer, and a solid oxide fuel cell including the same. The metal oxide-yttria stabilized zirconia composite comprises metal oxide-3 mol% yttria stabilized zirconia composite 25 wt% to 75 wt%, and metal oxide-8 mol% yttria stabilized zirconia composite. Contains 75% to 25% by weight of body. The solid oxide fuel cell employs the metal oxide-yttria stabilized zirconia composite as a fuel electrode layer or a support layer of the fuel electrode layer.
