abstract | Disclosed is a coated aluminum-plated steel sheet capable of suppressing peeling of a fluororesin layer even when a top coating is baked by heating at a relatively low temperature. A primer coating film is formed on the surface of an aluminized steel sheet, and a top coating film including a fluororesin layer is formed thereon. The primer coating contains a heat resistant resin and a rust preventive pigment. The top coating film includes a heat resistant resin and a fluororesin. The heat resistant resin contained in the primer coating and the top coating is a dehydration condensate of polyethersulfone resin, polyphenylsulfide resin or polyamideimide resin having hydroxyl groups at both ends of the molecular chain. The rust preventive pigment contained in the primer coating is zinc molybdate, calcium molybdate or zirconium phosphate. The fluororesin contained in the top coating film is a tetrafluoroethylene / perfluoroalkyl vinyl ether copolymer. [Selection] Figure 1 |
